Lake Hope Photography is a new venture for owner Bruce Gillette. For over thirty years, Bruce has been involved with fashion and advertising photography. Over these years, Bruce has traveled to the fashion capitols of the world. He has photographed many famous people. Bruce has spent the last nineteen years photographing the bulk or Fred Meyers fashion photography. He also freelanced with other non-competing clients. Now, he will concentrate his efforts on senior portraits. "I prefer to work with beginners, and together bring out the personality. Afterall, this is what a portrait is about."
Bruce's portraits have always had a fashion flair to them; with the special mark of the individual's personality, even when the subject does not look like a model. "We always send out beginning models to Bruce, if he doesn’t put a twinkle in their eye, then no one can and we do not take them" said the director of Elite Model Management in New York. Bruce photographed the Elite "Look of the Year" national contest in New York City two years in a row.

Bruce has a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Communication from Western Washington University, Bellingham, WA. Bruce is also available to do modeling portfolio shots, actors and actress head shots. For all photos makeup/hair and styling available on request.
